Photograph your existing hand-drawn paper chart. EquiSketch checks the scan quality, then writes the eight FEI identification regions for you in seconds.
EquiSketch isn't a generic form-builder bolted onto a horse picture. It's purpose-built for the workflow Irish vets actually do: from the yard, to the laptop, to the Passport Issuing Organisation's inbox.
Designed for the realities of the yard, the lorry-park and the dispensary.

Review the description per region with confidence chips next to each line. Edit anything. Capture your signature. Accept, and the chart is filed and versioned.
FEI-correct vocabulary. Anatomically aware. Confidence-graded for review.
EquiSketch reads the marking chart and returns the eight FEI identification regions, with a confidence score on each one so you know where to glance and where to look closely.
Have your own AI account already? Plug it in from Settings and EquiSketch will use it instead of ours. Optional, and most vets never need to.
The prompt embeds the FEI standards: star / stripe / blaze / snip / flesh-mark, whorl types, anatomical limb terms (no 'sock' or 'stocking'), Prophet's Thumb, zebra marks, brands.
Each field gets a 0–100 confidence chip: green 90% and above, yellow from 70%, red below that. The overall banner tells you whether to skim, review carefully, or re-scan.
Built so PIOs trust the records and inspectors find them.
A snapshot of every accepted chart is stored alongside who edited what. You can answer 'who changed this and when' instantly.
Login, view, edit, accept, download, PIO search: every action writes an audit entry with IP, user-agent and details. Admins filter by action type.
Four roles: Vet, PIO, Practice Admin, System Admin. Strict tenant isolation means PIOs only ever see their own chart type, and vets only their own charts.
Passwords are securely hashed (bcrypt). Microchip numbers and saved AI keys are encrypted at rest. Sign-in uses short-lived, HTTP-only sessions, and all traffic is encrypted in transit. Every access is recorded in a full audit trail.
Built for the phone camera on the yard at 7am and the laptop at 9pm — no new hardware.
Upload your stamp once and sign each chart on screen. Stamp, signature, date, vet number and registration number auto-populate every chart you accept.
Horse Sport Ireland and Weatherbys sheets are live today, with more Irish and international PIO forms being added. Whatever the form, the download is that PIO's own printed sheet, filled in.
Every accepted chart is the PIO's official sheet as an A4 PDF: your scan in the diagram band, the wording typed into the printed boxes, stamp and signature in place.
PIOs receive a clean, scoped, audit-trailed retrieval experience.
Type the chip number and matching charts of your chart type come back. Nothing from any other PIO, ever.
PIOs can view and download accepted charts. They cannot edit, comment, or modify, so the vet's record stays canonical.
Every PIO search, view, and download is logged with user, IP, and timestamp. Good for your compliance, and theirs.
PIO accounts are never self-registered. The system admin provisions each PIO and scopes them to their chart_type.
Modular from day one, built to grow with the practice and the standards.
Every feature in the spec is tracked on an in-app kanban with state (Done / Partial / Not started / Blocked) and admin notes. Transparency built in.
When an image is rejected for quality, the failure reason is logged. Roadmap: an admin dashboard surfacing trends to drive practice training.
EquiSketch isn't locked to one AI engine. As accuracy improves, we move with it, and you get the upgrade automatically.
Files (stamps, sources, canvas snapshots, signatures) live behind a storage service. Move from local disk to S3 / Azure Blob without code changes.
Sign in as a demo vet, upload a marked chart, and watch EquiSketch describe it in FEI vocabulary. No card, no commitment.
